First Circular response deadline: 30 October 2009.

Second Circular: December 2009.

Registration deadline: 30 March 2010.

Abstract deadline: 30 April 2010.

Final submission of manuscripts for publication: 15 September 2010.

Conference begins: 5 th July 2010

Conference dinner: 9 th July 2010

Conference ends: 10 th July 2010

PreMeeting Excursion: 1 st-3rd July 2010

Post-Meeting Excursion: 12 th -14 th July 2010

Registration has to be made online through the Conference web Page www.sedpgym.org/inhigeo/registration.htm

Registration will be confirmed as soon as payment has been received by us.

>>Fees:

Registration fee for the Meeting (Scientific Sessions: 5-10 July 2010): 350,00 euros . It includes the book of abstracts, bus travel Madrid-Almadén-Iberian Pyritic Belt, and train travel Sevilla-Madrid, lodging in Aracena (Huelva), lunch meals, coffee breaks, and visits (Madrid, Almadén Mining Park, Mosque of Cordoba, Riotinto Mining Park). Registration fee for students : 200,00 euros .

Some activities (pre-meeting and post-meeting field trips and the conference dinner) are not included in the meeting fee.

There will be a special program of accompanying persons, fee : 250,00 euros .

Should you wish to withdraw your registration, please note: Refunds of 50 % of the fees will be paid if the cancellation is received before 1 June 2010. No refunds are possible after this date.

Please note that all bank transfer charges must be paid by the delegates!

Payments by credit card and by cash (bank transfer) will be accepted. Registration will be confirmed as soon as payment has been received by us. Detailed information about the payment method will be available after you register in the INHIGEO Meeting using the Registration link within the Conference web page: www.sedpgym.org/inhigeo/regristation.htm . Payments can only be made in euros.
