ACCOMMODATION Block reservations for participants and accompanying guests have been made at special rates in some hotels and hostels of different categories with easy access to the conference venues. >>Accommodation in Madrid: Reservations should be made directly to the hotel. There is a huge variety of hotels in Madrid offering different categories and prices. Some hotels have been blocked for participants with special prices. For the room reservation please send an email to the selected hotel indicating “Congreso INHIGEO” in the text. For reservations at the HN Bretón and NH Prisma Hotels, please fill in a booking form (available at the INHIGEO 2010 Meeting web page) and send it by email. You can also make the reservation by your own through different web pages www.e-dreams.es , www.rumbo.es , www.booking.com in which you can find special offers.
Some prices do not include breakfast which can be have at each hotel or at the Madrid School of Mines (open from 7:30 am to 6 pm) with the following prices: Coffee + donuts: 1,30 euros Coffee or chocolate + (toast or buns/rolls or “churros”): 1,60 euros Coffe or chocolate + (toast or buns/rolls or “churros”) + juice: 2,10 euros >>Accommodation in Almadén: Hotel reservations in Almadén should me made through the Reserves INHIGEO-ALMADÉN oficine.
